So its not exactly great weather. Its actually colder now than it was a week ago. Strange considering we are supposed to be coming out of winter. The cold southeasterly airstream is bringing rain with it and things are pretty miserable.

I re-took my navigation exam on Saturday. I think I did a lot better because I decided not to do the test in a linear fashion and instead started at the back. The questions at the back are more general knowledge and didn't require the flight plan to be completed which gave me ample time to complete them quickly and devote more time to getting the flight plan right this time.

This would have been a great strategy had I read the flight plan question right the first time and planned the waypoints in the right order! After wasting 10 minutes I caught up but I finished with scant seconds to spare. Again, the stress reducing intelligence effect kicked in again and I'm pretty sure I made some dumb mistakes but I believe I have done enough to pass this time. We shall see in about 7 days.
